We are looking for a Danish-speaking Front Office Agent to manage outbound calls and assist customers with data consent procedures. If youre organized, friendly, and solution-oriented, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Your Role:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding data consent
Document interactions and ensure accurate follow-up
Provide clear, professional communication to support customer understanding
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes

What You Bring:
Fluency in Danish (C1) and solid English (B2)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Organized, proactive, and team-oriented personality
Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus
